All in a Day's Shopping

This is a girl post, all about shopping, so any men that may be around should go over to Mattress Police and check out Mrs. Diesel. Unless, of course, you're interested in seeing the statue of Hemingway that's in this slide show about my morning in Pamplona:

And here's what I got:

  1. I love the dress and shoes and everything! the video makes me want to go to Pamplona again. It is so nice to see it all again and I hope to see it in person still this year. But first the USA and then you come here and who knows what happens after that right? Have a great day tomorrow and I'll call you at night.

  2. CUTE CUTE CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You would make Ms. Hepburn proud!
Thank you SO much for the photos of your adventure. I've never traveled outside of the States so thanks for the sampling.
    What an incredibly beautiful place!

I took a few photos of our shopping area but it doesn't compare. It's like a mini, mini, mini version without the culture.
WELL DONE!!! My shopping urge has been satisfied~ :0)

  3. OH, and Happy Belated Mothers Day!

  4. won´t believe this, but when viewing teh slide show, coming to the shoe section...I ntoiced teh brown ones and thought tehya re pretty! And you bought them!
Fabulous look, very fresh, very summery and hip.
    Nailed it.
    I give you 10 out of 10!

  5. LOVE the choices. I too perked up when I saw the shoes. What a wonderful slideshow - can you give lessons?

    All around - thumbs up!

  6. By the way, I showed your post to my husband and I can't believe he recognised that I have a pair of shoes very similar to those you bought! I love yours better though!
I wear a size 5 1/5 (U.S.size) in case you find yourself back at that store. :0)

  7. OH YEAH, and don't forget to post a picture of everyone (including yourself) wearing your new duds on the big day! Thanks!

  8. Mem: We'll see you sooner than you think, and maybe you'll be back in Pamplona before the year is out. We had lots of fun yesterday, I'll get the pics up as soon as I can.

ZOA: I wasn't too sure about the dress before trying it on, but after, I knew that was it. I had lots of fun doing the slideshow, and it actually made me stop to look at stuff that I normally just pass by. You really need to see it in person, it's so much better than just pictures. Let's see 5 1/5, now if I can just translate that to european sizing - I think you'll just have to come over here and try them on for yourself. Happy Mother's Day to you too!

Diesel: What chick? You mean the mannequin in the shop window? Oh wait, you're talking about Mrs. Diesel. We are still wondering how you got such a hot chick to marry you. Admit it, you have made a pact with the Devil.

Minka: Yeah, the dress is fresh and summery, luckily the weather held out, otherwise I would have frozen. Those shoes are what made me go in that particular store. And they even had my size (41), which is usually difficult.

G: The dress was the hardest, fashion is weird here this year. At least the shoes were easy to find, there are so many cute ones to chose from. Shoe stores are just addictive here. Lessons on making slideshows? I just took windows movie maker, and stuck all the fotos in there. I didn't really know how to work it, but it's very intuitive.

  9. VERY NICE. A successful day, by the looks of it!

  10. kfk: Quite successful indeed!

  11. Maryam: Hi, and welcome. That's the style around here these days - we're back to the 60s.

  12. That dress is seriously fabulous.

  13. Hi Bubandpie. I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on. It just has one hitch, it wrinkles like crazy, so I need to stay standing up when I wear it.
